How do I sign up for your mailing list?

How do I get notified when items are back in stock or get on a waiting list?
You can sign up for notifications on specific items, color ways, and sizes by visiting the product's page and clicking "Notify Me When This Item Is Back In Stock."
 
Can I return or exchange an item once it is received?
No, due to safety guidelines, we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been received.
 
How long does my order take to produce?
Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be produced and ready for shipment.
 
How long does it take to ship?
We use USPS Priority Mail shipping, estimates to your specific location can be found on USPS.com.
 
How do I find my size?

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes we do! We ship from New Jersey, USA and you can calculate your shipping costs by visiting USPS.com.
 
When will you re-stock?
We are working hard to re-stock as soon as possible. We will make all re-stock announcements on our Instagram. You can sign up for our mailing list  for special announcements and offers.
 
How do I care for my mask?
Our masks are made from all natural fabrics and must be hand washed with a gentle detergent. Please read labels on detergent carefully to make sure it is compatible with the fabric of your mask before washing. Hang to dry and steam or iron on low for best results.
 
Do you make masks for men?
Our masks are unisex and offered in sizes Small through Extra Large. Please reference our Size Chart on how to measure for your size.
 
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we are unable to fulfill custom orders.
