My order was stolen or lost.

Unfortunately it is out of our control if your order was stolen. Once we ship your order, we trust the address you provided is a safe location to deliver. If your package is missing we will try our best to assist you with the shipping provider to locate your order.

 

USPS lost my package?

Please file a claim with USPS.com with your tracking number. If the item is officially lost via USPS, they are responsible to find a solution. When choosing Priority Shipping your order is insured if your package is lost by USPS.

 

When will you re-stock?

How do I care for my mask?

Our masks are made from all natural fabrics and must be hand washed with a gentle detergent. Please read labels on detergent carefully to make sure it is compatible with the fabric of your mask before washing. Hang to dry and steam or iron on low for best results.
